Join Our Seagull Prevention Program

As a locally based company specialising in high-level external maintenance the majority of our work involves cleaning roofs and gutters on commercial buildings. Whilst carrying out this work it became evident that in areas where Seagull’s congregate the debris is significantly increased.

Many reasons are given for wanting to control gulls, not all of which are acceptable reasons for a license to be issued,
With this potential minefield you need to be sure that eggs, nests, nestlings or indeed adult birds can be dealt with legally.
We hold a license ‘to kill or take any of the wild birds listed in sub-paragraph 2(i) of the license to take, damage or destroy their nests or to take or destroy their eggs’
Killing wild birds or destroying eggs etc. is not something to undertake lightly. So to have any long term effect the gulls have to be discouraged from nesting in the area, various devices are available: Anti-Perching Devices – Removal of Eggs – Bird Netting – Post and wire Systems.

Access An Area
offers all the above-mentioned options with guaranteed success. In addition we provide regular updates on anything we feel should be brought to the attention of the property owner.

After receiving many enquiries regarding damage and nuisance caused by birds, (mainly Seagulls) we developed a highly efficient program to deal with this problem.

Our ‘Seagull Prevention Program’ is based on our preferred tried and tested method, the removal of eggs, which in conjunction with roof and gutter clearances, has proved to be a huge success.
